Some business tools require additional setup. Simple features may be ready to use as soon as I switch them on, while more involved services, such as payment integrations or product data setup, may have an additional one-time cost. I'll review what your business needs and provide a clear quote before work begins.

Your domain stays yours, in your control. I'll connect a domain you already own, or help you register a new one. Domain registration and renewal are paid to your registrar, separate from your Relay plan.

About the builder
I worked in web development for over 20 years before leaving the corporate world for something more down to earth: woodworking.
Building my own software to run the shop, from projects and inventory to customers, pulled me right back into the web. Relay is that work, made for other local businesses: a dependable platform, and a real person who knows your site.

I'll quote that before any work begins. Custom development, large content moves and extensive writing or design are quoted separately too.
Your initial website build includes your first 30 days of hosting, starting when your Coming Soon page goes live. After those 30 days, your regular monthly subscription begins. I'll continue making agreed improvements as your website develops. If you already have an agreement with me, your existing terms remain unchanged.
Yes. Moving from Relay Essential to Relay Business keeps your website, your business details and your photos, so nothing is entered twice, and there is no new website build fee. Some business tools need one-time setup, like connecting payments or importing products. If yours do, I'll explain the work and quote it, and nothing is charged until you approve it.
You keep ownership and control of your domain. If you already own one, I'll connect it to your Relay site once I can reach its DNS settings. If you don't, I'll help you choose and register one. Registration and renewal are paid to the registrar, separately from your Relay plan.
No hidden fees. Your plan price is the whole monthly price, plus applicable sales tax, and plans are month to month with no long-term contract. Separate costs apply only when they fit your business: domain registration and renewal, payment processing fees charged by your payment provider, outside software subscriptions or services and additional custom or business tool setup work, quoted before it starts.
Your everyday content: hours, contact details, page text, photos, galleries and your services or products. You make changes in plain forms and preview them before they go live. Relay Business adds tools for running the business, like products and stock, and you keep those up to date yourself too.
You do. Your words, photos, logo and business information are yours.
